Eine wahre Herausforderung für Frau Zettpunkt, zwei Radiostunden zu füllen ganz ohne Gitarrensounds! Wenn die geliebte Klampfe für einmal schweigen muss, was bleibt da noch? Allerhand: synthetische Klänge, die ein Kammerorchester nachstellen; klassische Instrumente, die auf Indierock setzen; experimentelle Neoklassik; groovy Tanzflächenmelancholie und jede Menge schwelgerischer Casio-Pop. Hi Fi Lo Fi

In einem Vorort von Manchester macht Alan Roberts seit 2004 als Jim Noir vielschichtig arrangierten Pop. Oft mit einer psychedelischen, manchmal auch mit einer elektronischen Note versehen. Der britische Künstler bezeichnet sein Schaffen als „Hi Fi Lo Fi“ und sein neues Album A.M Jazz bietet ein nachhaltiges Hörvergnügen.

Ebenfalls heute bei Golden Glades: hausgemachter Weirdo-Pop aus Wales von Euros Childs sowie kanadischer Gitarren-Jangle von The Top Boost.
